It's prom season, and that means high schoolers across this great land will be renting tuxes, buying fancy dresses and negotiating the details of their curfews with parents. So, before you take your pictures and get in your limos, we asked some Hollywood A-listers to recall their fondest prom memories. "I had a great prom," Ne-Yo told MTV News. "I didn't get to go with who I wanted to go with. I got my second choice, but my second choice turned out to be the one I was supposed to be there with, so it turned out good."

Ke$ha, never one to say no to a party, had the best night of all her friends. "I went to prom with my gay best friend, and let me tell you, I had way more fun than anybody else at a prom with their boyfriends," she recalled. "Everybody else was, like, crying and drama and breaking up, and me and my gay best friend just danced until 8 a.m." "Hellcats" star Aly Michalka doesn't have a favorite prom memory — because she never went to prom. "I was homeschooled, so I don't even think we had a fake prom," she lamented. "Like, maybe we had a home-school prom and I wasn't invited?" While everything always seems to be in peril on "The Vampire Diaries," star Nina Dobrev had a less tumultuous night: "Having everyone get together and such a final celebration [is what I remember]." Romeo went big for his prom. "My senior prom, I remember I pulled up in my red Ferrari. I was feeling like James Bond," he said. "And it was one of the best nights of my life." "My favorite prom memory was probably going shopping for a dress, and our boyfriends at the time dressed up as 'Dumb & Dumber,' " Audrina Patridge laughed. "And so we were like, 'We can't dress up dorky ... we have to look good.' " Roots drummer ?uestlove made a big decision on the night of his prom: "June 2, 1989, was my very last haircut; prom haircut, totally butchered my hair. He butchered my hair, and I vowed never again to ever get in a barber chair, so I grew that Afro on my prom night." Adam Lambert said his prom date was a 10, so he definitely had a fun night. "I had a great prom. I had an awesome time," he said. "I went with one of my best friends in high school. Her name was Lauren, and she was really hot. She wore a really hot red dress, so I felt like I had arm candy." Share your prom memories in the comments below!

Drake's Producer Denies Competition With Kanye West

'I look up to that guy like crazy,' Noah '40' Shebib says of Kanye.

It's well-known knowledge that Common and Drake aren't exactly the best of friends right now. But their camps haven't been seeing eye to eye for quite some time. Pusha T appears to be taking shots at Drake on his recent "Sweet" and "Don't F--- With Me" freestyles, all over the beats of Common's "Sweet" and Drake's "Dreams Money Can Buy."

Lil Wayne and Jay-Z have been exchanging competitive subliminal shots for a while now, but those shots delivered last year on The Throne's "H.A.M" and Wayne's "It's Good" were probably the most talked about. Kanye West and Drake even seem to be taking jabs at each other, first on DJ Khaled's "I'm On One," (I'm just feelin' like the Throne is for the takin'/ Watch me take it) and then The Throne's "Otis" (I adopted these n---as/ Philip Drummond them/ Now, I'm about to make them tuck they whole summer in).

Despite all of this, when MTV News caught up Drake's producer Noah "40" Shebib in Toronto early last month, he said that there was no competition with Kanye. In the August/September 2010 issue of Vibe, 40 said that 'Ye cursed him out for "borrowing" his sound. But even then, the producer maintained that there was no competition and said that West was a huge influence on him.

"I look up to that guy like crazy. I always have and I always will," 40 said. "That's someone who's carved out a sound for rap music a couple of times, who has really influenced and changed the game as an individual. It would be crazy to say there's competition." He added that people should understand the difference between stealing another artist's style and being influenced by him.

"You're supposed to be a hybrid. When you got T.I. and Nas and Jay-Z and Wayne and Kanye and Eminem, all these different types of rappers from different places and so on and so forth, I would expect a couple of years after that a new rapper comes out who incorporates all of those people. Because that's the evolution of it and that's what will always happen, so I don't even look at it as like biting or stealing or this or that," 40 said.

"I'm grateful to any and everybody that's ever influenced me, including Mr. West."

All week, we'll bring you highlights from our candid interview with Drake producer Noah "40" Shebib. Be sure to keep it locked here as 40 talks Take Care and his thoughts on everything from working with Lil Wayne to Drizzy's next single with Rihanna. For more on 40, check out today's "RapFix Live" at 4 p.m. ET on MTV.com!

Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber and George Clooney better have received something nice from Santa this year, because they certainly weren't on his naughty list. Those three toplined DoSomething.org's Top 20 Celebs Gone Good, the organization's annual roundup of the most charity-friendly stars in the business.

This is Gaga's second year in a row at the #1 spot. In 2011 she dedicated much of her time to putting an end to bullying and even started a new charitable organization called Born This Way. The "Marry the Night" singer did plenty more to help out those less fortunate in 2011, including auctioning off a nude sketch for charity and performing at the Bill Clinton Foundation fundraiser. However, this was really Bieber's year to shine. He rocketed up DoSomething.org's list from #10 last year to #2 this year. It helps that Bieber donated some of his profits from his Christmas album, Under the Mistletoe, and his self-named perfume to various charitable organizations. Bieber also kept up his work with Pencils of Promise, a group that has built 41 schools in Laos, Nicaragua and Guatemala and was founded by his manager's brother.

Rounding out the top five were Will and Jada Pinkett Smith and Leonardo DiCaprio. This was a year for celeb power couples, with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie clocking at #8, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore at #12 and newlyweds Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert at #14. Other notable standouts this year were Demi Lovato at #10, Lea Michele making her charitable debut at #16, Daniel Radcliffe at #17, Miley Cyrus at #18 and Taylor Swift rounding out the list at #20. What do you think of DoSomething.org's list? Kristen Wiig to Write, Star in Bridesmaids 2 After All?

Bridesmaids 2 is looking like a go, and star Kristen Wiig is looking like she may be involved in the sequel after all, despite earlier reports to the contrary.

Co-star Wendi McLendon-Covey says Wiig "never said that she didn't want to do it… All she said was that she's not working on it right this minute."

"Someone gave her the opportunity to write and direct her own film so, duh, she's going to do that first,” McLendon-Covey said, according to Movie Fanatic.

“So no. I think all she's waiting for is for her and Annie [Mumolo] to come up with an idea that's equally as good. It just won't happen in the next six months."

Bridesmaids producer Judd Apatow has also added his two cents and his only hangup is from an artistic standpoint - can the sequel be as good as the first?

“We don't want to do it unless it's great,” Apatow said. “I don't think anyone has the brain space to think about it yet. Hopefully that can begin this year."

McLendon-Covey then offered a few rough ideas.

"There's always divorce parties," McLendon-Covey said. "There's always baby showers. There's all kinds of hideous things like that that women do."
