During this week's episode of "Glee", the gang from New Directions took a big risk when they decided they would compete in Nationals by singing their own original songs. Well, the stakes just got a little higher.

MTV News has an exclusive first listen to one of the rival groups who will go up against the McKinley High glee club in New York City during next Tuesday's (May 24) big season two finale. In the upcoming episode, an all-female a cappella group sings Usher's 2004 club and radio smash "Yeah!," which may have the Nationals judges saying just that.

Singers replace synthesizers for the four-note melody that repeats throughout the song, and lead vocalists RaVaughn Brown and Missi Hale match the high energy that Usher, Lil Jon and Ludacris brought to the track.

Granted, a few things have been tweaked in the version for the tween-friendly show, including the length (the original is over four minutes long, while the "Glee" version comes in at three and a half minutes) and the tune's instructions to "Take that and rewind it back ... got the rhythm make ya booty go."

Also, instead of Ludacris' verse, "We want a lady in the street/ And a freak in the bed," one girl sings, "You know you want a kiss on the lips, old red." The line, "Ludacris fill cups like double D's" has also been cut from the song.

But, it's not all PG. At one point in the girls' rendition of the track, they page homage to Lil Jon's crunk hit "Get Low," singing, "From the windows to the walls" and even Mystikal's booty-happy single "Shake Ya Ass," when they urge, "Show me whatcha' workin' with."

At the 2005 Grammy Awards, the power trio of Usher, Lil Jon and Ludacris won the Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for "Yeah!" But, will the song bring the same sort of fortune to this girl group at Nationals? Or will the glory all belong to New Directions this time? Gleeks will still have to wait a few more days to find out.

The "Glee" season finale airs Tuesday at 9 p.m. on Fox, while "Glee": The Music, Volume 6, including the three new original songs "Light Up the World," "Pretending" and "As Long as You're There," will be available on Monday.

What do you think of this a cappella group's version of "Yeah!"? Let us know in the comments section below!

Ray J Boasts About His Brawl with Fabolous

Causing quite a bit of ruckus at the Palms in Las Vegas, Ray J and Fabolous duked it out over the weekend.

The fight apparently stemmed from jokes Fabolous made about Ray J on Twitter in the days leading up to Saturday?s Floyed Mayweather-Victor Ortiz boxing match.

When the reality TV star had heard enough of the ?Throw It In the Bag? singer?s antics, he made his move - but was quickly thrown out of the hotel and detained by the police.

Calling in to New York?s Power 105.1 ?Breakfast Club? on Monday morning (September 19), a still irate Ray J proclaimed, ?Don?t disrespect me! I?m gonna smack you up again, fool!?

?Ni?as saying Ray J got beat up? I?ll sock that ni?a in his face again, my ni?a,? Ray J told the hosts. ?All I?m saying is if you got Fab?s number, tell that ni?a to send a picture of his face right now.?

Mila Kunis, Justin Timberlake Sexting Claims 'Entirely False'

JT 'might write songs about putting things in boxes,' but 'he ... definitely doesn't make a habit of taking any photos of them,' co-stars' statement reads.

Last week, the Internet was buzzing with news that nude photos of Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis had leaked. Although the reportedly scandalous four photos never actually hit the Net, one was said to feature Kunis in a bathtub, while Timberlake appeared in another two.

The "Friends With Benefits" co-stars, however, are laughing it all off.

"At no time did Mr. Timberlake and Ms. Kunis exchange inappropriate texts or emails. ... The insistence that there is any inappropriate correspondence between the two parties is entirely false, " a lengthy statement to People reads.

The co-stars go on to add, "We would like to confirm that the photo addressed in the media of Ms. Kunis was in fact not from any phone but from an inactive email account that has not existed in three years. In regards to the other photos in question, they were never exchanged between the two parties."

Like Scarlett Johansson, whose private nude pics recently hit the Net, the actors are working with authorities to nail down the hackers who gained possession of their personal photos.

But Kunis and Timberlake also showed they have a sense of humor, writing, "In closing, Mr. Timberlake would like us to make it clear that while he might write songs about putting things in boxes, he never has and definitely doesn't make a habit of taking any photos of them and sending them," referring to Timberlake's hit "Saturday Night Live" sketch "D--- in a Box." Ms. Kunis would like us to add that while she is a fan of the song, she does not have nor has ever had photos of any male parts in her possession."

In the 2006 "SNL" sketch, Justin joins castmember Andy Samberg and his Lonely Island crew for a song about giving their loved ones the gift of "themselves" for the holidays.

One of the fun things about watching awards shows is that you never really know what to expect to come out of the mouths of the various presenters, winners and hosts — even with network censors in place. So when the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, which hosts the Emmys, invited Charlie Sheen to present this year, they likely had their censors on guard, given Sheen's year of unpredictable, outspoken behavior.

Turns out they needn't have worried, because when Sheen stepped out to present, he kept things totally professional and completely classy.

"Good evening," he told the audience, which received him warmly. "Before I present Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy, my old category, I want to take a moment to get something off my chest and say a few words to everyone here from 'Two and a Half Men,' " he said, pausing a moment for dramatic effect before offering his former employers some genuine well-wishes.

"From the bottom of my heart, I wish nothing but the best for this upcoming season," Sheen said. "We spent eight wonderful years together, and I know you will continue to make great television. Now on to the Emmy."

Sheen then proceeded to announce Jim Parsons as the winner for his role on "Big Bang Theory," beating out category favorite Alec Baldwin from "30 Rock," Steve Carell ("The Office"), and newer faces Johnny Galecki ("Big Bang Theory") and Matt LeBlanc ("Episodes").

Lady Gaga Describes Her Love For New York On 9/11 Anniversary

Recalling the day she watched the towers fall, Gaga calls NYC 'the husband I never married.'
By Jocelyn Vena

Lady Gaga is one of the many New Yorkers who were affected personally by the terror attacks on September 11. The pop star was in high school in Manhattan the day it happened, and 10 years later, she still tears up when remembering the intense emotions she felt as she watched the Twin Towers fall.

"I mean, there's so many stories that people don't know," she told MTV during her intimate chat for her special "Inside the Outside," which was taped the day after Osama bin Laden was killed and 9/11 was on everyone's mind. "I watched the towers fall from the roof of my school, holding all my best friends. I don't know ... just, my affinity and my love and the relationship I have with New York City — it's like the husband I never married."

MTV parent company Viacom has teamed up with MyGoodDeed and HandsOn Network, organizers of this year's September 11 National Day of Service and Remembrance, and with artists including Lady Gaga, Nas, DJ Pauly D, Julianne Hough and Drake Bell to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the attacks by asking, "What will you do to remember?"

In her documentary interview, Gaga spoke often about her love for her hometown, sharing that she has one very personal way of connecting with the Big Apple. Gesturing the jacket she wore, she said, "Well, this is how I get home; my leather jacket's like my Dorothy slippers. ... That's why I changed when we sat down. You said, 'I want to ask you about New York,' and I said, 'You'd better get my leather.' I wrote so many songs on this new album [Born This Way] about New York City. I mean, every song on all my albums has some relationship to New York City, but one in particular 'Marry the Night,' that record is about my husband, New York."

Through Sunday, Viacom's networks will air specially produced "I Will" public service announcements featuring artists and actors, along with Viacom employees.

The multiplatform public service campaign is designed to inspire Americans to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the attacks by committing to good deeds, charity or volunteer service.

What will you do to remember 9/11? Share your thoughts below, and visit 911day.org to upload your video response.

Lindsay Lohan -- Good Sam Returns Cell Phone with 'Photos'

0917_lindsay_lohan_tmz_EX
Lindsay Lohan almost made a hacker's dream too easy when she lost her cell phone last week ... but luckily for her the person who found it couldn't care less about her personal stuff ... some of which was pretty incriminating.

Lindsay lost the phone in New York City, as she left the V magazine party at the Boom Boom Room. We're told our Good Samaritan, who worked next door to the venue, spotted the lost phone and took it home.

According to our sources, the screen read "LINDSAY LOHAN'S PHONE" when he plugged it into his computer. He somehow figured out how to contact Lindsay's people and then returned it  ... without even asking for a reward.  And you guessed it ... she didn't give him one.

We're told Lindsay was ecstatic  ... the phone contained lots of important phone numbers numbers and emails, as well as personal photos and "a lot of stuff" that she wouldn’t want published.

Bullet dodged.

Paris Hilton Recalls Her Great Escape On 'When I Was 17'

The hotel heiress had to sneak out of the Waldorf-Astoria to elude curfew.
By Sara Waber

Photo: MTV

Like many teenagers, Paris Hilton felt like "nothing in this world" could stop her rebellious 17-year-old self from having a good time. In this week's episode of MTV's "When I Was 17," airing this Saturday at 11 a.m. ET/PT, the hotel heiress recalls the lengths to which she went to get out of curfew.

"When I was 17, I was living in New York City at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel," she explained. "My parents were very strict. So a lot of the times, what I would do is actually sneak out at night."

Usually when sneaking out, all most kids have to worry about is successfully climbing out of their bedroom window, but Paris had to have a very different escape plan. The young socialite wasn't too worried about dodging paparazzi just yet but keeping herself out of a different lens' view.

"So basically one day I went through the whole hotel and figured out the best route where the [security] cameras wouldn't spot me," she said. "I would literally run down, maybe, fifteen flights of stairs, through the fire exit."

Her friend Allison told the show about the second part of Hilton's deception: "She would put pillows in her bed and cover them with her comforter."

Paris added, "And then I'd put a blonde wig, with the hair coming out. This actually worked for a few months. My mom had no idea. Then one night for some reason she needed to talk to me and came in the room and lifted [the comforter] up and ..." Busted!

Paris may have once sang that "the stars are blind," but Mama Hilton certainly wasn't.

"When I Was 17" — this week featuring Paris Hilton, Steve-O and Miguel — airs on Saturday at 11 a.m ET/PT on MTV.

Nicki Minaj And More New York Fashion Week Highlights

Betsey Johnson, Charlotte Ronson, Rebecca Minkoff and Tracy Reese present MTV News' favorite Spring 2012 collections.

New York Fashion Week is officially a wrap! Designers, models and fashionistas gathered around Lincoln Center in NYC to get a front-row seat to all the hottest looks for the Spring 2012 season.

MTV News was there to give you a backstage pass to all the top designers and fill you in on all the latest trends. Here are the highlights:

Betsey Johnson
Betsey Johnson doesn't just put on a runway show — she throws a party. The 69-year-old pint-sized fashionista folded all of her well-known looks — leopard, sequins, ruffles and lace — and came out with a line that was funky, bright and inspired. So, where did Johnson get her inspiration? From Nicki Minaj, of course!

"I was watching Nicki Minaj and my daughter Lulu, and I'm thinking, 'They are the body type,' " Betsey said of making the looks for her spring line. "I love [Nicki], and she really wears my stuff. She likes real tight. She's just my most, most, most favorite girl right now."

Minaj, who was sitting front row in a tutu and blue cotton-candy hair, was in awe that her fashion icon is such a fan.

"She's a free spirit," Nicki said of Betsey. "When I met her the other day, I felt like I knew her for my whole life. She's so warm and considerate and caring. She's amazingly talented, and I've been wearing her clothes forever, so to meet her was like, 'Yay!' I was bowing down to her. She's dope!"

Charlotte Ronson
Charlotte Ronson kicked off our week with a retro feel, bringing us back to the '70s with her Boho flare. Ronson's ready-to-wear looks were inspired by the Victorian era, but of course, she added her signature grunge style to complete her collection.

"It actually first started off being more Victorian: lots of light, sheer dresses and covered buttons and high necklines," Ronson said of the inspiration behind her spring line. "It always falls into more of a Boho, '70s feel, but then each season, we also add a little more grunge factor, and that comes in more with button-downs and pajama pants and patchwork denim and the crop tops and things like that."

Celebrity attendees included Kelly Osbourne, Whitney Port, Nicky Hilton and, as usual, Charlotte's sister, Samantha Ronson, was on hand DJing the event.

Tracy Reese
Designer Tracy Reese's Spring 2012 line was bursting at the seams with bright colors, flowy dresses and floral prints, making this line perfect for the everyday woman.

"I wanted to do something very romantic, an ode to spring," Reese said. "The clothes are very romantic, but very useful, very wearable. A lot of great color: brights, hot pinks, neons, beautiful blues — but the whole range from a sweet misty blue to a dark, strong peacock — pops of yellow and pretty neutrals to balance the whole thing out."

Rebecca Minkoff
Rebecca Minkoff has made a name for herself designing purses that we constantly see used by A-list celebrities including Vanessa Hudgens, Blake Lively and Fashion Week front-row attendee Michelle Trachtenberg.

"Her clothes make up half of my closet," Trachtenberg told us on the runway. "[Her line] looks beautiful. You can literally walk it off the runway."

Minkoff's spring line showed a collection of day-to-night outfits, complete with neons, beachwear and rocker-chic blazers.

"What I love about this collection: It's full of texture, really great color, a lot of brights — just happy spring," Minkoff told us backstage. "I really concentrated on color, texture and just a little bit of sexy with an edge."
