Just days after it was leaked on Friday, Britney Spears and her femme fatales, Nicki Minaj and Ke$ha, dropped their official remix of "Till the World Ends."

The new version of the song was produced by Dr. Luke and Dream Machine. Brit half-whispers " 'Till the World Ends' remix" before the beat kicks in and Nicki hits her verse hard. She spits fierce lines like, "Sniff, sniff, cries/ I done slayed your whole entire f---ing life."

Then Britney's sex-kitten vocals kick in for the song's first verse. "That's Britney, bitch! I'm Nicki Minaj and that's Ke$ha," the Queens MC declares before K sings the chorus. The beat is harder, the loops are sassier and the song is grimier than the original version, which was the second single from Femme Fatale. The newly added dubstep portion takes the one from "Hold It Against Me" to a new level by adding in bass-heavy synths.

Ke$ha, of course, wrote the track for Britney, and the ladies certainly don't seem to mind sharing the spotlight with each other. The official track isn't much different than the version that leaked over the weekend, though Spears did have something brand-new to share with her fans just as the song dropped on iTunes and streamed on her website.

Spears tweeted the artwork for the single, which features the original press photo of Spears along with separate photos of Nicki on the left and Ke$ha on the right. Spears wrote, "@NickiMinaj @Keshasuxx Too much fierceness for one cover! Thanks for lending your voices girls... #TTWEREMIX — Brit"

Spears and Minaj have been hanging out a lot in the lead-up to their summer tour. They hung out at the Factory nightclub on Friday night after Minaj's show in Los Angeles. Spears later wrote, "Early rehearsal after a late night with my girl @NickiMinaj. Can't WAIT to get out on the road with you."

Ke$ha Wants 'Till The World Ends' Remix To 'Take Over Airwaves'

Singer says her collaboration with Britney Spears and Nicki Minaj made a 'supergroup of three hot, strong women.'

Earlier this week, Britney Spears, Ke$ha and Nicki Minaj dropped their femme-fatale-friendly remix of the Spears club track "Till the World Ends." The already fun song got super-charged thanks to Minaj's cutting verses and Ke$ha's recognizable vocals.

"I'm a massive fan of both the ladies I share the track with," K told MTV News on Wednesday at the ASCAP Pop Music Awards. "I wrote 'TTWE' for Britney with [producers] Dr. Luke and Max [Martin] and she killed it and I loved it, but I just thought a supergroup of three hot, strong women could just take over the airwaves."

Ke$ha went on to give props to both the ladies. "I'm such a massive fan of Britney and I'm such a massive supporter of Nicki and a fan, and chicks sometimes don't team up. I don't know why, but I'm, like, huge on the girl power, so I just wanted to make a power girl track take over."

The remix quickly won praise from fans who seem to think the new features step up the song's game. "You know, with the three of us, I wasn't necessarily surprised [people like it] because I'm such a massive fan of Nicki Minaj and obviously with Britney I'm a fan of it, [taking] myself out of the equation," she said. "I'm just happy people like it."

So did Ke$ha (who once sang backup for Spears) feel any pressure writing a song for Britney? "There was no pressure. Writing for somebody else is really fun 'cause I consider myself a songwriter first and foremost," she explained. "So it was so much fun to put my brain in the sexy Britney Spears brain and express myself almost as if I were possessed by her."

Lady Gaga, Bruce Springsteen Help Sting Celebrate His 60th

Former Police-man's star-studded birthday show also featured Billy Joel, will.i.am and Mary J. Blige.

Most people turn 60 with a quiet party among friends or maybe a surprise bash put together on the DL by their spouses that features a hilarious slideshow or funny video. Not Sting. The former Police frontman and solo star plugged in and played with everyone from Lady Gaga to Mary J. Blige and Bruce Springsteen in celebration of his 60th birthday on Saturday night at the Beacon Theater in New York.

The event, a charity fundraiser for the anti-poverty group the Robin Hood Foundation, included Gaga on piano banging out a jazzy cover of the Police's "King of Pain," giving the sedate ballad the same kind of electric energy she brings to her own key-thumper "You and I," according to Rolling Stone. She traded lines with Sting on a stage packed with up to 20 musicians, including a string section and backup singers, who helped the eternally youthful singer work his way though his 30-plus-year catalog of hits.

Among the other highlights: Stevie Wonder doing a duet with Sting on "Fragile," will.i.am throwing a freestyle rap and bits of the BEP's "I Gotta Feelin' " into the Police's "Walking on the Moon," Billy Joel marking a rare return to the stage for renditions of "Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic" and "Don't Stand So Close to Me," Rufus Wainwright singing "Wrapped Around Your Finger," and Sting teaming up with his son Joe for a moving rendition of the tune Sting wrote about his own relationship with his pops, "Why Should I Cry For You?"

One of the highlights of the evening was the mini-set with Springsteen, who waltzed out with his guitar to sing the sedate death-row ballad "I Hung My Head," which featured a raucous guitar solo. He also performed a solo version of "Fields of Gold" on 12-string guitar and harmonica, with one verse sung a cappella. Sting came out to sing "Can't Stand Losing You" with the Boss, with the two men leaning in to each other and howling the lyrics into the same microphone.

The night ended with the party's guests trading lines on "Every Breath You Take," with Gaga nodding to her piano icon, Joel, while singing the line "Can't you see/ You're the one for me." Sting closed out the show with a solo acoustic version of "Message in a Bottle," which was followed by wife Trudie Styler surprising him with a dozen bagpipers and a confetti drop that got the one-named rock icon misty. "Thank you a million times," he told the crowd as he and the missus danced together onstage.

Simon Cowell Denies Calling Beyonce, Lady Gaga 'Boring'

'X Factor' judge clarifies reports that he accused the superstar singers of lacking said factor.
By Jocelyn Vena

Simon Cowell is conducting damage control following some insulting statements he allegedly made recently. The always outspoken "X Factor" judge reportedly said that Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and even Beyoncé lack the full-scale X factor that he's looking for on his Fox reality show.

So, what got Cowell into so much hot water? "If you only ever heard Lady Gaga, she's the most boring singer in the world," he reportedly told The Mirror. "You've got to see her — you need TV. Same with Beyoncé. Or Katy Perry. We're all about image. You have to have that X factor."

Well, he is now going on the record to let everyone know they've got it all wrong. "This was completely misreported. It's the complete opposite, in fact," Cowell's rep told RadarOnline.com. "Simon is a massive fan of both [Gaga and Beyoncé] and he always refers to them as amongst the artists he most admires. He thinks they are two of the most interesting, talented and relevant artists today."

Cowell himself said, "It's like they've all been bred to take over the world and dominate everything in entertainment. They are unbelievable, these girls."

Noticeably absent from the statement was Perry, but he was specific about why he thinks Gaga and Beyoncé are so great. Beyoncé's "the biggest star we've seen in 20 years; we're seeing sort of the rise of the super female pop star. It's like a different breed. Beyoncé has that," he said.

Gaga "has the X factor. She's smart ... [and] has real ambition. She is a total, utter star. ... You have to be open and embrace this level of expression. You hope to God that you can find someone like her," Cowell said.

"I think somebody like Lady Gaga defines exactly what we're looking for. She's both talented and interesting. She's worked it all out for herself. You never get the feeling somebody is controlling her. Lady Gaga is the most relevant pop artist in the world at the moment. I've met her. She is very smart. I like her," he added.

Lovatics should gear up for a string of dates that Demi Lovato has just announced for November and December. The "Skyscraper" singer announced on Friday (October 7) that she'll hit the road for 10 U.S. dates.

This marks Lovato's first major trek since leaving her tour with the Jonas Brothers last fall to seek treatment for personal issues. Last month, Lovato dropped her album Unbroken. Since her musical re-emergence, pop's latest comeback kid has garnered tons of critical praise. She also recently teased to MTV News that she's gearing up to release her second single, "Who's That Boy." "We're in the middle of getting the treatment and things put together," Lovato said of her next music video. "So hopefully we'll be shooting that soon."

In fact, Lovato said that she's excited to try her hand at any number of projects that should come her way. "I'm looking forward to kind of just finding out what's next. I don't know what's next — if it's a movie, if it's touring, I don't know," she said. "We'll find out."

Amber Portwood: Still a Suicidal Wreck!

Like the U.S. economy, Amber Portwood's recovery appears to have stalled.

Less than two months after checking out of a rehab center, where she was treated for both depression and anger management following a suicide attempt, the Teen Mom star was rushed to the hospital after suffering a severe panic attack.

"I couldn't breathe and I passed out," she said. "I stopped breathing."

Teen Mom Amber Pic

Amber's issues, while serious and tragic, have done surprisingly little to inspire sympathy for the reality star, often criticized for partying and misplaced priorities.

"Honestly, I feel like I did two months ago. I'm still suicidal," Amber Portwood revealed to E! News yesterday.  "I'm f--king depressed. My family's not together."

Amber says she is most upset about "lies" reported by tabloids: "What hurts me the most is when people believe the lies about me. The bullying is too much."

"Look at the rate of teen deaths related to bullying. It's scary."

She insists, seriously, that she doesn't have a drinking problem.

"I went to rehab for depression and anger management, not for drug or alcohol abuse," Amber says. "I have been out twice since I left rehab and I'm 21."

"I take my medication the way I'm supposed to."

Nor is Amber relinquishing custody of her daughter, two-year-old Leah, to Gary Shirley, who she lets have custody now simply "to keep CPS off our backs."

"I see Leah whenever I can. I have stipulations as to when I can and can't see her," Portwood adds, noting that on the bright side, her own once-estranged mother "knows everything that's going on in my life right now and we're great."

That's good at least. She needs whatever help she can get.
